We had a truly wonderful time with Cate. She photographed our two, very large and very fluffy dogs and was amazing with them throughout. The dogs had a superb time being loved and cuddled by her, which made them feel totally at ease…even Stanley who is slightly more anxious dog. Cate made sure to be aware of his delicate soul and balanced the need to have the dogs posed for the shots with giving them lots of freedom to wander around and out of shot when they needed some space, which worked wonders to make Stanley feel secure and grounded with Cate and in her studio. Freddie, on the other hand was quite the attention seeker and absolutely loved the limelight- standard. She was extremely patient and kind with them and the results speak for themselves…the photos are absolutely stunning- we are both thrilled- thank you so much Cate

What if my Pet is the anxious type?
Some people and animals feel a little uncomfortable in new surroundings.
When you first arrive, there'll be plenty of time for your pet to have a good sniff around, drink of water and lots of cuddles to make them feel comfortable.

What if we're not feeling well on the day?
The session itself can be as relaxing as you need. I have comfortable sofas, snacks and drinks so you can totally chill out.
If you're feeling too poorly to leave home then please let me know as early as possible and we can move your session to another day.

What if I don't like certain poses or props?
Your session all about you and your pet and can be totally bespoke.
If you have a clear idea of what you like or don't like then you just need to let me know as early as possible.
If you have absolutely no idea what you'd like then that's fine too and we can have a chat about colours etc when you arrive at the studio.

What should I bring?
You're prep guide will go into more detail with this but generally speaking you just need to bring the usual things you take when you go out.
Please also bring your grooming brushes/ combs, extra treats and wipes for faces.
You're welcome to bring any favourite toys of thiers if you'd like them included in the pictures

What if my pet misbehaves during the session?
I'm expecting animals to act like animals! but I have all the patience in the world for them because I adore them so much.
Don't worry about their behavior too much and just do your best.
Remember, If you're stressed then they'll feel it and mirror your behaviour so try to act calm and in control.
